TWOT : Texan War on Terror (Mexican Narco Terrorism)

My reasoning that the Mexican Narco Terrorists wars along the borders of the USA & Mexico are incredibly barbaric beyond comprehension but also severely unaddressed by the Pentagon as they secure international regions thousands of miles away from the innocent people of Texas. Meanwhile the most heinous and merciless organized crime evolves into hybrid war factions skirmishing over billions of dollars and de facto warlord control over entire states. This needs immediate full undivided military attention at every level from the NRO, NSA to the National Guard. And it needs to be immediately rectified and neutralized by martial law and state building if need be to correct the border crisis currently ravaging the area this decade.
